Our Service
NestCV is an online platform that allows you to create, customize, and download professional resumes. Our service includes:
- Access to multiple professional resume templates
- Tools to create and edit your resume content
- Customization options for fonts, colors, and layouts
- PDF download functionality for your completed resumes
- Cloud storage for registered users to save and access their resumes
Guest Access: You can use our basic features as a guest without creating an account. However, your data will not be saved and will be lost when you close your browser.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Keep your account information up to date
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Account Security

Live CV & Custom URLs
Registered users may claim a custom URL (e.g., nestcv.com/your-name) to publish a live version of their resume. In using this feature, you agree that:
- You will not claim names or URLs that represent trademarks, copyrighted titles, or impersonate other individuals.
- NestCV reserves the right to reclaim, suspend, or rename custom URLs at our sole discretion (e.g., due to trademark disputes, abusive claims, or extended inactivity).
- You are solely responsible for the content published on your public Live CV link.
- This feature is reserved exclusively for registered users; Guest editors do not have access to public portfolio URLs or online sharing features.
Acceptable Use Policy
When using NestCV, you agree not to:
- Upload or include false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your resume
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use our service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our service without permission
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our service without authorization
- Impersonate another person or entity
Violation Consequences
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you've violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
Intellectual Property Rights

- Website design, layout, and graphics

- Text, images, logos, and branding

Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using our platform, including your resume information and personal data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you. We will not use your personal resume content for any other purpose without your consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestCV and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
Account Termination
Your Right to Terminate (User-First Policy)
At NestCV, we follow a strict user-first policy. You retain full ownership and complete control over your account, resumes, and career data at all times.
You can end this agreement and remove your data through the following self-service options in your dashboard:
- Individual Resumes: Remove any single resume instantly from your main workspace dashboard.
- Full Account Deletion: Submit a deletion request directly through your Dashboard under Account Settings. This is the designated and secure channel to initiate complete account removal.
Once processed, deletion is permanent and irreversible. All saved resumes, custom portfolio URLs, settings, and profile details are completely purged from our servers.
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. This may occur if we believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform or other users.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms evolve alongside NestCV as we continuously introduce new features, improvements, and platform upgrades. We are committed to keeping you informed through clear and accessible communication.
